I'm truly surprised by the product's actual looks, quality and best of all 'valued for money'. Moving forward Luggage Outlet will be my go to for any future luggage needs. What's not good was the delivery personal from Qprime just left the parcel outside of my unit and didnt notify us even though we were present in the hall and my main door was left open. It was my neighbour that notified us instead. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.
