Reading from reviews, it seems like everyone got their package a day later. Mine was a few days later (inc Sunday - might be their off day), so was quite letdown but no big deal. I thought the smaller one wasn't sent together, also confirmed by their delivery person that it will be sent another time, which I was puzzled. Ended up, it came in a huge carton box, where the smaller luggage 24" was actually in my 28" luggage. Free luggage cover only for the 28" :( - the 24" condition looks more brand new than 28". 28" has a super tiny dent near handle, but cannot be seen. Not that fussy so it's okay.

Before the trip: I was shocked at how light it is, even for 28", so that's good! The 360-degree wheels are really smooth! No doubt about it. The handle wasn't that stable imo, and the interior piece was thin. Quite a let-down about that. On the flip side, the corners are a good add-in, because not a lot of luggages have that. The rest was okay.
After the trip: Both luggages were okay. There were scratches of course handled by Turkish airlines. However, the 24" looks good as new than 28", maybe because 24" bought in blue, and 28" in Rose Gold. A passenger has her luggage badly damaged, while ours didn't, so that should be a proof that the quality isn't that bad - the luggages survived! Haha.
I do feel this piece is the best for 24". I might be wrong, but happy nevertheless. In overall, for luggages of both sizes, it is considered affordable and workable! Money well spent! Thanks Luggage Outlet!
