Before placing order I wanted to know whether the luggage will arrive on my requested date, upon confirmation via email (though a phone number would be appreciated which is not listed under contact us) that if an order is placed quickly, I could expect it the next day. I found this website and ordered my luggage last minute before my trip when I realized that my decade old luggage had disintegrated, and I was too lazy to seek for a new one in-store. I was glad that there was a stated assurance from this site that delivery would be quick, and it eventually really did arrive within a few days.
Overall, the luggage was very sturdy and held up extremely well during my 4 flights. There were of course the typical scratches caused by the rough handing of airport staff which I don't care about, but the luggage retained its shape and was extremely waterproof despite the excessive water vapors due to the major changes in temperature. The interior was spacious and easy to pack things in. The aluminum frame also made it really easy for me to open up my case and I did not need to move around to unzip it. The color is great, and easily recognizable at the luggage belt.
The luggage moves around very smoothly which is an advantage in most instances but I found that it kept slipping around on its own in the luggage compartment when I was taking trains (each time the train accelerated/decelerated). Eventually I had to either hold on to my luggage or place another bag beside it to stop it from moving around. It might have been better if there were some locking mechanism or a little bit more resistance to the wheels.
There was a pivoting metal piece in front of the luggage which I did not know what for. It would have been better if there was some info given on it. A friend said it could be used as a hook, but I have not tried it and I wasn't sure if it could withstand the weight.

anyways the wheels were very easy to stroll around in tiled floors as well as carpeted areas with ease. the handle and the entire suitcase is light weight. i'm happy with the product.
